Putin and Trump will meet in Alaska on August 15th to discuss global political issues.
But before any serious words are exchanged, a special moment has been scheduled.
Patrick Tromp, Dutch facilitator and drummaster of Drum Cafe Europa, will break the ice, both literally and figuratively, before the talks begin.

Patrick knows that true collaboration begins with connection.
That’s why he doesn’t start with political agendas, but with… rhythm.
With humor, energy, and the power of music, he gets both gentlemen on the same beat.

Because in global politics, listening to each other—just like in an orchestra—is essential for a productive meeting.
Only when everyone is in tune can harmony emerge.

And that’s precisely what rhythm does: synchronize, connect, and create equality.
It shows that, despite differences, you can build something together.
Moreover, Patrick provides something often missing in serious conversations: laughter.
Because laughter is not only healthy, it also opens doors to better understanding and a deeper sense of harmony.

Who knows… maybe a shared laugh and a shared rhythm will lead to better decisions for the world.
And that’s the power of music and humor as a universal language – even in the coldest places, between the most polarized.
