We came from the United States for the Handi-Move Celebration weekend in Belgium. We were invited by Stefan Van Raemdonck, the CEO of the company. Initially I thought we were just having a dinner and a demonstration when the drummers came out. However, to my surprise, it was an interactive exercise that promoted everyone, staff & their families, to come together and to “work” together in unison as a family would.
It was the most surprising fun for myself, my husband, and our older children. Following the event I sent my co-workers back home in the states, videos from the evening and raved at how much fun it was. The interaction was amazing. The goal to promote global teamwork was achieved!!
We felt energized, but with sore hands
. It was a 100 % good contribution for the meeting
