A Double Breakout takes team building to the next level.
Instead of staying together by country, participants are divided into function-based groups, bringing colleagues from different countries together based on their roles.
Each function group gets their own facilitator, who quickly teaches them a simple rhythm. In just a short time, every group creates its own unique sound and rhythm.
Then comes the magic…
After presenting their rhythms, everyone comes back together — either as their original country teams, or even better: different countries and different functions mixed together!
Each new group gets the chance to perform, supported by one thing everyone can agree on:
An absolutely thunderous round of applause!
Because when people listen, connect and create together, the result is more than just music — it’s teamwork in action.
