During our last 4-day event, we had to tackle quite a few challenges before the actual event and we are grateful, that Patrick from our office in the Netherlands could be part of this project.
It was the first time working together, however the experience was amazing.His professional manner helped us make this event a huge success not only in front of the clients, but also within our team here in Spain.
Even so the language normally is a challenge, we found a common language through the music and the experience of each person involved and of course the motivation of each person to make this happen. Patrick had to come 2 weeks before to do a video-shot for the company presentation, which in the end turned out to be only 20 minutes, but on the other hand it showed his level of experience.
During the show, he managed to get a great communication between the delegates, himself and the team. Through his personality he managed to smooth out the language barrier incorporating the delegates to participate vocally. We had 4 days with 120 – 160 pax each day, but every day the show turned out to be a huge success.
Everyone participated and each person left the congress with a new experience, which helped bond them more to the company’s objective, which was presented during the day. As an event organizer, we pass certain levels of stress, but seeing a true team perform on stage helps you to recover yourself a bit. We have achieved in a short time, what others take a life time. We have seen, that music and rhythm bring people together on a strong level.
We were thrilled to have him in our team here in Spain.
