During an interactive leadership session by Drum Cafe Europe, I wasn’t sitting with a flip chart, but behind a drum.
What started as chaos became rhythm.
Not because someone hit harder.
But because someone provided direction / listened / tuned in.
That is leadership.
Stepping out of your comfort zone feels uncomfortable.
But that is exactly where growth happens. The road to success requires courage, attention, and collaboration.
And sometimes… just a drum.
